    Hi there,
Has anyone worked with the 'Oh summer I love you so' cards yet? I tried to print out the 'Enjoy Summer' card (recolored the black to yellow first) on paper and the word 'enjoy' comes out so very thin that it is almost unreadable. I tried to enlarge it, but with the same results. Am I doing something wrong or is it maybe because I have an inkjet printer? Would love to hear what your experiences are. Thanks!

      Hi Ali,
thank you so much for looking into this and even printing out two examples! The two cards you printed look great - nothing like mine. I think it must be either my printer (quite old) or the ink quality (I did not purchase the most expensive variety). Thanks for your help! It is very much appreciated :)

Hi Carolin - I just tried that card out on both photo paper (on top of a photo) and onto plain paper via my ink jet and both looked okay - all I did was open the file, recolor, and print directly from that file. I'm uploading a photo as an example. A couple thoughts came to mind - (1) is the yellow too light? or (2) is the cardstock or paper you are using a really heavy texture? Here's a link where you can see the two I printed: http://aliedwards.com/wp-content/gallery/personal-ads/ae-enjoysummer.jpg

These look great! I wish it was summer here at the moment to make use of the Oh Summer I love you cards right now rather than waiting another 5 months!

Love these Ali! Have you thought of creating more story cards using products like these? Would love to see more story cards...especially with squared corners!
