The Delicious Truth About Getting Older PDF
A few weeks ago I participated in a writing collective led by Susannah Conway on the top of celebrating getting older. You can read my individual post here: What I Like About Getting Older.
Susannah compiled all those posts together into a lovely and inspiring PDF that you can download below.

Perfect timing. I've been depressed (very depressed) being 61 going on 62. Loved my 40's and 50's but 60's is totally bugging me. Seriously. Bugging. Me.

Just got through a few stories, many more to enjoy. THANK YOU for sharing this! Sometimes it's hard to see the good in getting older, especially in our society, and being 41 myself, I'm loving reading these! Very inspiring and comforting and uplifting.

This was absolutely perfectly timed for me as I am enjoying my last day of my 40's today. I have read the first few essays online and loved them and have downloaded the entire book to enjoy over and over. Thank you Ali for the link!

You know, my dad always says that getting older is better than the alternative. However, in all seriousness, as I look at turning 40 this year, I feel like more than ever I know who I am and am proud of who I am becoming. I think with every day, I get a little bit smarter.

This is beautiful! I've just had my 36th birthday, and as yet I don't have the 'fear' of aging that people tell me will come as I near 40. I do however have a deeper awareness that life is precious as more time passes. So wonderful to read all of these beautiful inspirational words. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for this. This is my first week with a new "f" word in my vocabulary (fifty...ugh). I definitely need a new perspective. Looking forward to reading these essays.

I will turn 60 on Friday. I feel like I'm alot younger most of the time. The past week I've felt ancient and not because of my birthday. I can't wait to read it. Thanks Ali. This is very timely for me.

I loved reading this whole article. Lovely words from lovely people. As a 55 year old, "ageing" is actually beautiful. A real settling of what is real and important in one's soul. The aging lines just help to tell the story of your life. Not to be feared, but embraced.
