There is so much I look forward to during the holidays. Good cheer, snow, yummy food, the list goes on. But my favorite would be the time time spent with family and friends.

I look forward to expressing my gratitude to family and friends by making Thanksgiving cards to mail out. I write a short note inside of why I am grateful for them and decorate with Thanksgiving stickers.
Thanks for the great giveaways - hope I win!

I LOVE that my children will come home from college, and the extended family visits, and that everyone is happy and in a good mood. The sparkling lights are my favorite.

This holiday season I'm looking forward to making our first Christmas with our son special. We live in a country that doesn't celebrate Christmas or Thanksgiving, so it takes double the effort to really 'tis the season, I look forward to it!

i love everything about the holidays, the sense of giving, all the decorations, and projects, and i think that there is a relaxation that comes with it too, although some people would disagree with that one!

I really look forward to making gifts for my family each year, in addition to getting them gifts they really want or need. It's my favorite time of year to be creative because each gift is made individually, with love.

One of my favorite things is seeing my kids excited every morning of December. We have gingerbread babies (stuffed toys named Rena, Rufus and Ruckus) that come to live in our house after Thanksgiving. They're here to learn about children so they can go back to Santa's workshop and teach the elves what children are. We also have an elf (Fiona) that lives at our house during December too. It's amazing to see what the four of them do during the nights - climb the christmas tree, read Christmas stories, put on new socks, try to make cookies...all kinds of adventures!

I think I just found my December Daily subject!

I'm looking forward to having a simple Christmas with my husband and little girl. It will be the first one away from our extended family and I will miss them, but I can't help, but think it will be special in its own way.
