Tuesday Giveaway | Picture The Holidays Online Workshop

Three people will receive a spot in Tracey Clark's Picture The Holidays at Big Picture Classes.

One of the things I'm personally looking forward to in December is getting a daily email from my friend Tracey Clark. Some days I might incorporate the prompt into what story I choose to tell in my December Daily and other days it might simply be something I store away in my inspiration bank for another time.

Picture the Holidays

Picture the Holidays is a photo centric daily guide to creatively and mindfully celebrating the season. This workshop will be a wonderful companion class for those creating a December Daily album!

With as much light and magic this time of year can bring, it's easy to be equally hurried and harried. This 30-day (actually 31!) e-class is the perfect remedy for the holiday hustle. Seasonal photo prompts delivered to your inbox each morning will not only inspire your inner photographer but will encourage you to take a few moments to yourself each day to get creatively centered, one photo at a time.

This season, you are invited to call upon the divine intervention of your own camera and Picture the Holidays with us!

SPECIAL OFFER : Ali Edwards readers can enjoy 10% off the Picture the Holidays workshop*! At checkout use the code: decdaily to redeem your discount.

I am going to try to capture photos of all of our traditions that we do every year. Making fudge, making handprint sugar cookies, the gingerbread house, and a host of others. I would like to get a photo book made so my girls will always remember these.

I'm looking forward to many, many more photos of the people I love this year. I've always focused on the environment and the "stuff" of life. I still love that, but have gotten unpleasantly surprised this past year when I realized how few photos of my wonderful family and friends I take. Thanks for the amazing giveaway!

As for chocolate pie, this is from Scott Peacock @ BHG: http://www.bhg.com/recipes/desserts/pies/american-classics-chocolate-meringue-pie/. It's as close to the chocolate meringue pie my southern grandma made (sans recipe) as I've ever found. Happy baking! :)

Over the past month we have lost 3 Grandparents, so the thing I am hoping to capture this year is the people and relationships in my family. Gifts and trees are with us every year but this year some important people will be missing. I am not the best photographer, but I hope to get capture some family moments of this very different year.

In Sweden we have Lucia the 13th and this year both my girls will be in a Lucia procession (the younger at daycare and the elder at school). It is so beautiful with whitedressed children and candles in the dark - this is what I want to capture.

Photos of my grandchildren when they walk through the door and see our tree with all the packages underneath. They each have a special "Santa" package wrapped special and sitting in front.

I'm looking forward to taking lots of different photos. The tiny details we sometimes forget, and especially the meaningful "relationship" type photos. Thanks for the giveaway! *fingers crossed*

Capturing all of my family during the holidays would be perfect! My family means a lot to me and sometimes all of us are not able to get together, but this year quite bit of the family will be getting together.

This year I really want to capture the decorations I place around the house. Every year I say I am going to and then I never seem to find the time. I have so many stories to tell with the items as triggers there is no excuse for not having the photos to illustrate the stories.
