LOVE the handmade creations with their own words. Love finding the little something I know my mom would love, that no one else would know.

Just time with the family is the best. We generally go out to lunch. I really like it if they clean house!!

Many times I have created some kind of scrapbook project for my mother and mother-in-law. I may need to have custom necklaces made this year.

As I am not a mother, tbe gifts I love to give my Mom are time spent together as a family. Our busy lives sometimes keep us apart, so we like to share brunch on Mother's day or close to it; go shopping, spend some girl time together celebrating our love and how lucky we are to have each other in our lives.
Thanks for the chance to win Ali!

I so wish for a day free from whining and fighting and DH doing the cooking AND cleanup! That would be a great Mother's Day! Also wish I could spend it with my Mom...a fun day for sure!

I love to get cards from my husband and sons. Last year, I got one of those recordable cards. My older son sang his own original song for me. My heart melted.

I love giving and receiving flowers! In my family it has become a tradition to give the first flowers of the year to my mom to plant...now that I have a child, it is such a joy for me to receive them from him!

My favorite thing is being able to be a "mom" anything that celebrates this is all I need. A special card, breakfast in bed, and a snuggle with my boys. {I've struggled with infertility for 15 years. I have a 12 yr old boy. Being a mother is the greatest gift.}

I have four kids, and each year they put on a "Mother's Day Talent Show" for me. At first it was just goofy stuff, but last year, they all planned out really meaningful acts. My boys (ages 13 and 10) each wrote and read me a poem! My girls (ages 9 and 3) sang for me. Love it.
