Ali- The most special thing about me at this time, is my love of journaling. I recently had to flee a very abusive marriage. I had 1 hour to gather my most treasured possessions. I took my photo boxes, art, and art supplies. I hit a real monetary, and emotional low. I decided to heal through self reflection, meditation, and journaling. As I dedicated my weeks with this work of clarity and strength, my journaling and imagination grew in strength as well. This art form is healing me and giving me back a passion I thought I had lost. To all those suffering in any way, we have to be thankful for our gifts, in whatever form they manifest!

I have perfect "dreamed of relationship" with my 29 year old married daughter.She says I am her best friend and I know she is mine. We have always been close and it becomes closer each year.She has always known she can tell me anything. When she was a teen her friends couldn't believe, or understand, our closeness and they envied it. We attend events, shop, dine out, and she says she loves it when I come to her home. I consider this exceptional and am so very blessed.

What a lot of wonderful prezzzies! There are so many wonderful (and very creative!) vendors now for people who like to scrapbook or journal. When I was starting (no, there weren't dinosaurs roaming the earth), there was only one (anyone remember Creative Memory parties?).
Little known fact about me: hm, I have lots of pix and ideas, but very little self-discipline. I'd rather play with my four dogs than journal.
