I love to eat all my mom's recipes that I remember eating from Christmas when I was a child...her sausage balls, cheese wafers, mini cheesecakes, fudge...mmm!

Wow! What a great giveaway! Hanukkah isn't Hanukkah without latkes and Christmas isn't Christmas without my Mom's gingerbread cookies. I am so lucky I get to celebrate both holidays!

I like to eat sooo many (too many!) things during Christmas...my husband makes amazing salted caramels that I dream about all year long and I make homemade Chex Mix that makes the house smell so good :)

My favorite thing to eat is pumpkin pie. However, a few years ago I discovered quite a few food allergies and now I have been trying to create a yummy tasting gluten, dairy, sugar-free version.

My birthday is Christmas Day and I'm a hash brown fanatic. So the past couple years my family has made me hash browns (smothered in cheese I might add) after our boys open the gifts from Santa. It's the small things that make the heart happy.
