My favorite thing to eat during the holiday is Polish Nut Roll. It reminds me of my Grandma and my mother. It is a tradition to make and eat this during the Christmas season. Yum.

My favorite thing to eat during the holidays is my family's traditional Almond Cookies. My great great grandmother learned to make these as a child in Spain. The recipe has been passed along to each generation ever since!

My fave thing to eat during the holidays would be chocolate croissants! I try to abstain from too much sweets during the year but I get a little more lax during the holiday season. :o)

My friends Connie and Harry give me a fruit cake every year for Christmas. It is one of my favorite things to eat. Both because I like fruit cake and because I know it has an extra special dose of their love and friendship in it. Wonderful giveaway.

So, my favorite thing to eat is kinda strange, but it's the orange rolls that come in the can! It's become our family tradition to have them Christmas morning as we're opening presents, and the kids look forward to the orange rolls ALMOST as much as the presents!

My favorite thing to eat at Christmastime is my mom's peanut brittle.
