AEzine Challenge : Creative Confidence

This week I want you to create something that celebrates your own creativity. Even if it is simply writing the statement "I am creative" and sticking it on your mirror that is excellent. If you want to take it a step further put together a layout titled "I am creative" and talk about how you feel about your level of creative confidence. This is not a layout you have to share if you don't want - but sometimes letting our fears out in the open is the first and best step in overcoming them.

Looking forward to checking out your links & comments about creative confidence later tonight - it is morning here in Tokyo right now - getting ready for another day of classes. Thanks again for taking on the challenge and believing in the power of your own creativity.

this was so fun & simple!!! i really love what we all do & i totally understand that what i create isn't everyone's style or to their liking, but i like it(usually) & that's all that matters. i SOOOO want to hang this up in my creative area once we get a new house~ it'll remind me of this since i'm as insecure as the next guy & my creative mojo hibernates once in awhile. thanks ali for keeping it fun & real! thnx for all the japan good times!

I'm definitely gaining confidence with PSE 5.0. I experimented with image altering on a self portrait. It's posted on my blog. Looks like you are having a blast in Japan. What an awesome opportunity and experience for you.

Very cool! I actually have and remember the start of all my creativity! A plastic canvas stitching box made at the age of 5 my aunt helped me make. That took off to making tons, desinging my own and onto knitting and other crafts which has landed me in the world of scrapping!
