I love all the kits! *pick me pick me* Lately I have been working on some graphic art .... digitally.....all new to me but I am loving it. I have also been using creative memories storybook plus to create my first digital scrapbook about my garden. I have done other digital scrapbooks but on the fly......this one I edited each photo, chose an order, told the story....etc. FUN and no mess. Since I don't need internet access I can just take my laptop and go digi scrap. Give the baby a kiss and simon a hug.

I'm working on my sister's birthday surprise. It's full of buried treasures and she gets to have the satisfaction of accomplishing her most desired goals to uncover the prizes. I'm doing one for me to. Hopefully it will be as motivating and fun as I think it will be.

I've been working on report cards and adaptation plans (I teach "Language Development" at a school in Canada.) I've also been involved in a community theatre production of "The King and I" as a producer, publicity director and gong player. I am anxiously waiting for the day when the play will be over and i will have free weekends again.

I am working on scrapping last year's photos. I have been getting behind as I find it difficult to get to work on what needs to be done. Just making the time to do it seems difficult. I am amazed at how you have kept up with your blog and worklife with a newborn. Our hats go off to you as you inspire us to get it together!

    I'm working on cards.
I've decided to make six sets of 52 cards.
I have six people in my life that I want to commit to send cards to every week for a year next year....I know, crazy right? But I think it will be fun, if all the cards are done a head of time...otherwise I know I'll never keep up with it.
I think that the cards will be the same for each person, so I really only need 52 designs!
One birthday, one anniversary, some holiday, mostly blank. I'm really excited about the project! Even though I know it will be a lot of work!

I am working on my word for the year - consolidate - which is including healthier eating. My main strategy which fulfills my creative side as well is 'Busy Fingers'! So I am scrapping, cross stitching and crocheting in the evenings - amazing how much you get done really!

I've been feverishly working on decor and favors for my friends monkey-themed baby shower. Now that the shower is over (phew!) I am working on myself. Getting back into exercise and eating healthier so I can keep up with my two little angels!

Making TIME for my hobbies. With a baby on the way and a remodel in full swing, I have felt like things have been all business and no play. I still need to break things up a bit so I don't get burnt out! I've always struggled to make time for my hobbies and I am hoping that once the remodel is finished, I will be more comfortable with dedicating a block of time a couple of times a month. WISH ME LUCK!

These past couple of weeks I have been in remodel mode. We are having the bathroom redone and I decided to re-do my son's room as well. It's going from dinosaurs to Star Wars. Let the force be with me.

Working on getting the finances in order. So much easier to put my head in the sand and deal with it little bit at a time, but that's not going to cut it anymore.
Need to jump in with both feet and just do it (have I heard that expression somewhere before?)

I am trying to get myself caught up on my project 365. My goal was really to keep up on a weekly basis, but I've gotten a month behind and want to get back on track before I really lose perspective on the daily events.

    Hi Ali,
Your little Anna is absolutely beautiful! I was in your Evolution track at CKU Provo last summer when you were just getting over the "blahs". It's all worth it in the end, isn't it.
We recently gave my mom a surprise 75th birthday party so I put together a powerpoint presentation with pictures of her over the past 75 years (after sneaking her albums out of her house in order to do it!). I also printed out 20 pictures and put together small albums to have on the tables and then sent the albums home with mom, her siblings, and my siblings. My aunts and uncle were very excited and said that there were pictures from their childhood that they didn't remember ever seeing. It was a great day.
    Enjoy your family! Vicki M.

I've been working on developing technique skills in scrapbooking and stamping, so that I can impart that knowledge to the deaf community where I live. Signing up for classes here (or anywhere!) is difficult for many deaf...but that's no reason to stop them for enjoying the hobby like everyone else!
