Tis The Season

If you are looking for my 2010 December Daily album foundation post you'll find it over on my Projects blog.

Now that I've got the basics of that album done I can move on to working on a 2009 Halloween album, getting ready for our first Halloween party (my siblings and their families are coming), and cleaning up this office.

Have a great weekend! New giveaways coming tomorrow morning.

    Ali,
I am picturing a swing in that there corner, swinging Miss Anna and Master Simon on a warm summer evening. Quiet moments of star gazing and dreaming. Its a great porch :)

Ali, in the last couple days you mentioned a Brother sewing machine and an online class regarding using leftover scrapping bits and pieces. Could you please tell me how to get to that post? Thanks. I love your front porch too! Your new house looks amazing - more photos, please!

I love your porch and the lit up pumkin. How exciting for your family to have a new house for the holidays. Each time my husband and I have moved was in September and I was always excited for the holidays.

Just a thought for you but on Becky Higgins blog lately remember she's been posting about using different angles and putting the camera down this would be a great potd for putting the camera down on the ground. I love how you did this, so just thought I'd point it out.

Did you lie on your belly to take that shot? And, seriously, is your front porch always that clean? If it is, just lie to make me feel better and say you broke out the swiffer mere minutes before taking that shot! And, oh so love the red door!

HA! I think the cleanliness is an illusion because it's really not that clean. As for the down-low shot I just held the camera down low and snapped a few - very low key :).

Hi Ali, I'm in the middle of decluttering, and need inspiring.

Can I ask what you do with your children's birthday cards?

Do you save them, create a layout or something different altogether?

I'll look forward to your reply. Many thanks.

I remember seeing a grid layout by Ali with squares punched from Christmas cards – that might be an idea for you!
