2021 Workshop details will be posted tomorrow + registration will open on December 16th

Here's a video overview of the collection:

Here's a look at the product images:

MAIN KIT // $39.99

This year's Main Kit includes 3x4 journal cards, 6x8 prompt pages, 3x4 vellum quotes, plastic shapes, stitched felt butterflies, fabric months, chipboard hearts, cork hearts/stars/butterflies, wood veneer words, a tag set, and washi tape.

After polling the community this past year we encountered a number of requests for some variation in the color scheme beyond black and white so we've added in some creams and beiges. We generally kit this kit fairly natural so people can add in colors they feel go with their words.

The digital version of the Main Kit is included with the One Little Word® workshop.

MINI KIT (AUTO-SHIP) // $25

This past year we introduced a new product option for One Little Word®. Purchasing the first One Little Word® Mini Kit commits you to an "auto-shipment" + charge of the remaining three kits at the time of their shipping. The remaining three kits will be charged + shipped on/around 3/15/21, 6/15/21, 9/15/21. You can see the Mini Kits that were offered in 2020 here

We hope that spreading out the kits throughout the course of the year will do two things: (1) help keep you continue to connect to your word by giving you products you can use as you make your word visible in your album throughout the year, and (2) spread out the cost over the course of the year rather than a bigger purchase all at once (since we totally get that this is a busy time for spending).
The Mini Kits will ship free for domestic customers/$4 for international customers. The Mini Kit is excluded from the shipping threshold minimum for the shipping special.

If any kits remain after we've shipped to subscribers then we will add them to the shop for $30.

6x8 CHIPBOARD ALBUM WITH PAGE PROTECTORS + CHIPBOARD DIVIDERS // $35.99

For 2021 we have bundled the page protectors + monthly dividers together with the 6x8 album. This year the dividers are a thin chipboard with the monthly tabs along the outside edge. This chipboard is way, way thinner than a few years ago when we did chipboard dividers.

PLEATHER FOLIO // $19.99

We've heard from some members of our One Little Word® community that they would like a different option for documenting their experience with their word. We know not everyone who participates in this project considers themselves a "scrapbooker" and this might be a wonderful option if you find yourself in that camp or maybe you just want to try something different this year.

The Pleather Folio comes with a blank notebook.

STITCHED JOURNAL // $14.99

We've updated the spiral notebook we've offered in past years to a stitched notebook. This is a wonderful supplement to the One Little Word® workshop and includes additional prompts to help you stay connected to your word throughout the year. This year we've also added blank pages between each month for those of you who might want to add in prompts from the workshop.

The stitched journal fits right into the pleather folio.

YEAR OF REFLECTION 6x8 PAGES // TBA

One of the requests that came out of feedback from last year was to offer the monthly reflection pages (found in the journal) as stand-alone 6x8 pages. We were able to do that and offer those for you this year.

WORDS MATTER DECAL STICKER // $2.99

And something just a little fun: a small wonky circle decal sticker.

4x6 STAMPS // $15.99 EACH

6x8 STAMPS // $24.99

CUSTOM MUGS // $17.99

This year we are also offering custom  One Little Word® mugs as a way to make your word visible in your daily life. Details on ordering can be found here

Please note: For 2021 we aren't able to offer the custom acrylic words as in past years. If you are looking for a cut out word we highly recommend our friend Colleen Attara

DIGITAL WORDS: While we are not able to offer custom digital words at this time, we do have a large catalog of handwritten digital words and it's totally possible your word might be there. Check it out here.

THANK YOU

Thank you so much for your support of this project over the years. Tomorrow I'll share a blog post with additional information about this year's workshop which is celebrating it's 10th anniversary. I'm super excited about some changes we are making in honor of the past 10 years and can't wait to start making our words visible together in 2021.

I was really excited to see this post and was ready to buy but then I saw the colors. Please, please, please stop with the grey and brown. They don’t look attractive in the pictures and in my experience the products looks worse in real life.

I was just thinking that the main kit looks so beautiful- right up my alley!

She chooses neutral/mild colors so that everyone can have a neutral base and add the colors they like. I’m not a black and white fan, but I add on the colors I like. I am NOT a fan of bright pinks and yellows and everyone has colors they avoid/dislike, so it’s nice to have a neutral base and build from there.

You can always do hybrid and change the colours

We offer a variety of products throughout the year with a variety of color palettes, and the best part is as a customer you get to choose what you want to buy. I know from past comments from you that you are generally not a fan of the colors we choose and I think you and I might have different tastes in what we think looks good. I'm sorry you are disappointed - I'm actually really happy with how it all turned out. This year we added in some creams + beiges to go along with the neutral black/white/grey after receiving feedback from the community polling in the OLW Facebook Group.

I totally realize that you can't please everyone, but I much prefer the black and white. It goes with everything so you can add whatever colors you like. The creams and beiges make it not work for me personally (just not colors that work with my life palette) so this year I'll be sticking with the digital/hybrid for sure. My only regret is missing out on the felt butterflies- I'd love to see those in the shop at some point! They are really pretty with the silver thread!!

@meegs - totally hope to do the butterflies again with some other project! They turned out great!

I love the neutral colors in this project. Makes it so much easier to use my own color choices for such a personal album.

Each to their own of course but the neutral colour scheme is what drew me to this project. You can add on any colours you choose. And the mini quarterly kit is a gorgeous splash of colour.

I love the neutral colours. Every other project I do is filled with colour. This project is solely about me and my thoughts and I prefer to have it toned done. It is easy to add splashes of colour with products from your stash or other product lines.

You could probably find something on Amazon? We might be able to add some blank ones to the shop. I'll check with the team about that.

It comes with two bands but I think you could add more if you wanted to add more notebooks.

This is my first year, so apologies if this is a silly question:

Will the 6x8 pages from the main kit, and the 6x8 reflection pages, also be digital products? I am considering a 4x8 album for this but would consider a pivot if they are not digital.

Thank you so much - this is the project that brought me into the memory keeping fold, and I’m really looking forward to 2021’s adventure.

Hi! Yes - they will be included in a Digital Main Kit (which is included in the cost of registration if you sign up for the class). I believe that the Reflection pages will also be offered digitally (released on the first Friday in January).

Everything is great! Love/want it all! I love the new colours, they are soft and subtle. Love the TN, but think I want to stick with the album. I am also really looking forward to the workshop! It’s going to be a great year!
ps: could I ask you about your gold band? I just love it! If I am being too intrusive, just don’t answer, okay?
    Cheers to OLW!

Do you think this project would work well in a 3x8 album? Do you also think it would work well for someone returning to memory keeping after a few years away from it?! I’m desperate to get back to documenting so am thinking about One Little Word and a simple version of Project Life for 2021 (with Day in the Life and Week in the Life added in if I feel like I can manage it at the time!).

Hi! People have done it in the 3x8 size - we preciously offered that size for this project (including the cards + prompt pages). The main thing is whether you care/want to adapt the prompt pages to 3x8 - you can easily just respond to the prompts without the print outs too.

I did it in that format in 2018 and really liked it. I shared a video walk through of the completed album on my IG feed if you want to see how it looks like. https://www.instagram.com/p/Bq5GFmtHgHT/

I think it‘s a wonderful size. Not too big but still enough space.

Hi Ali, can you tell me if ALL of the products above will be digital versions that we can purchase?

Also, can we give the workshop as a gift? TIA!

Yes! You can give the class as a gift! The Main Kit + Mini Kit for sure. Most of the stamps (the only one I'm not sure about is the alpha). At this moment we aren't planning to offer the journal digitally (it's under discussion). The digital version of the Main Kit will be included with the class.

It's totally optional. Some people love it + some people never join - it's totally up to you. There is definitely more conversation there throughout the year, but again, it's totally optional.
