On the crafty side, I have been working on scrapbooking for my son, making cards and books and dabbling with some softie designs. Just trying to create something everyday. On the personal side, this year for Lent I gave up negative self-talk. It's been a real challenge, because I've become so rooted in the habit of beating myself up for all of the (perceived)inadequacies in myself. Hoping to make myself a stronger, more confident and positive person to set an example for my family.

Creatively I've been working on getting a stack of photos turned into layouts, I've actually gotten quite a few done. Domestically, I'm trying to get the house organized once and for all, and am finally making some headway. And personally, I'm working on being a more patient mom.

I have been LOOOOONGING for one of Allison's pendants for so long! So fun to have a chance at one!
I have been working diligently on my Project 365 and I am caught up through this past Sunday!! There are only a couple of days that I forgot to take photos, and those were easily filled with pix that I took of things that inspired me (color schemes, quotes that I read in magazines at the Dr.'s office, artwork, even a mug that I saw in Hallmark!). Of course, some days have up to 5 photos!!! because we squeezed so many cool things into one day.
I had all but given up on scrapbooking because there were so many things that NEEDED my attention for a few months there, but P365 has been my salvation until I can jump back in. :) I am still telling my stories!! It's also made me realize that my life has so many more rewarding moments than I had realized.
    Blessings, Ali.

Most of my time lately has gone to massive SPRING CLEANING!!! Boring, but completely necessary.
I'm also knitting a sleep sack for baby #2 and reading a few books.

I've been working on changes for my photography business and finishing my schooling. Plus getting ready for the new arrival in 5 weeks. I can't wait to have a baby again after 7 years, and it's made me see my 7 yr old son in a whole new light. Trying to work on learning to relax as well...

I have been working on the last bits of growing-up my house. My kids are school age and it's taken several years to store, give away or sell the things they have outgrown. Just one closet left, and a few more updated items to frame, and our "stuff" will reflect where we are, instead of where we were. I can't wait.

I have been working on myself! Decided this past weekend to put myself back on the to do list and am taking at least a half hour a day just for me! A walk, yoga, a cup of tea...does wonders for the soul.

I have been working on just general scrapbooking. After the holidays and doing December Daily - I was a little burnt out and took a break from projects. Now that I got my groove back - I am just scrapping about our everyday and loving it!

I have been working on "savoring the little things" and it has really been rewarding! Each day I do a little something on a scrapbook page, or take the time to read a magazine article, or hold the hands of my loving husband, just because. I gain inspiration to continue this by reading your website, and I really appreciate you!

Working on catching up my son's album as far as scrapbooking goes, working on setting more concrete "goals" for my life in the world of other things. Goals spiritually, physically, for marriage, friendships, parenting. Feeling like if I know specifically what I am striving for I will be better at hitting the mark!

I've had a really tough year so far...I constantly struggle with my weight, juggle two full time jobs plus a two year old.
I work on my patience on a daily basis and do my best to be the best mom I can. I want my son to grow up to be an amazing man and to know that he was always loved.

I'm working on my study...a black hole of sorts for everything that doesn't have a place in our home, along with the traditional study type items. I hope to organize and clean out this week while on spring break with the kiddos!

I am working on being optimistic (things will work out, they always do!), excited (I can hardly wait to see what's around the corner!) and grateful (I am the luckiest person alive!) today and everyday. When I consciously work on being these things my job hunting feels more like an exciting journey that I am taking rather than a scary roller coaster I've been placed on. This level of consciousness makes a huge difference!

Working on a "monster box" for Girls on the Run...a running group that promotes self esteem in young girls...they put their 'bad' feelings into the box and then discuss things. I'm thinking of using the Night Light collection from October Afternoon. I love the ugly doll look. I'm using a paint can and want to incorporate fur, paper, fabric, googly eyes...still in the planning stage but ideas are coming.
