Thank you so much for sharing your words in the comments of my first 2013 One Little Word post.

The comments, as always, are so uplifting and inspiring. If you don’t see your word included below please leave it in the comments and I’m happy to add it to this list as it's totally possible we missed one or more were added before we developed the list. Last updated 1/6/13.

My word also came in a whisper. It's "little" (or more precisely translated the swedish word "lite" means "a little bit"). I love how I can use it for so much - I want to make this year a little bit more...fun, creative, calm (insert adjective here). And I want to get a little more fit, weigh a little less... The bottom line I think for me is that I don't have to take on to much, a little bit is just enough :-) Thanks for the idea and inspiration to do this!

adjustments in way of life to improve your wellbeing.

As the nation's top agricultural producer and exporter, it is no wonder that California has a big demand for water. The star of Young Frankenstein, Tootsie, and numerous other movies tells her story of her rise from a dancer on Elvis movies to a big-name actress to late motherhood and the onset of multiple sclerosis. When planning a market garden for a backyard or a few acres, it's better to
specialize in just a few varieties to not become overwhelmed.
