Week in the Life : sharing samples + giveaway

Hoping to have some embellished rectangles to share with you tomorrow. In the meantime I have been getting a bunch of different samples from people participating this week. I love to see the variety and how everyone is making it work for themselves, their story, their photos, their time.

Feel free to keep sending them my way as you get a chance to work on your album/layout/project. See below for today's giveaway.

Also, I answered most questions in the comments section yesterday. If you asked a question check there for your answer.

The best thing about today was that first thing this morning my husband told me how grateful he is to have me in his life and how much he loves me and the life we have created together. My husband works from 9pm - 5:30am so we do not have a lot of time together since I leave the house at 7am and do not return until 6pm.
Despite the crazy schedule I am totally blessed and thankful everyday for my family.

Thank you for reminding me to remember the everyday moments-not just the occasions. Today-my house is clean and it is raining-both good things-since now I have the time to sit and scrap. Thanks Ali.

My son is 10 months-old today! If that isn't good enough the greatest thing is that I am able to stay at home with him. Thanks for the chance to win some goodies.

I really liked the way the maya road album looked. I think I have one of those stashed away that I might pull out. A good thing about my day is that I'm almost over the flu I had yesterday. My sweet neighbors took my son to preschool so I get to lay in bed and rest.

Ooohhh all those samples are so inspirational, loving them all! Today is great because I've finally been able to do a layout that I've had in my head for ages but haven't had time to actually get it done. Some well earned me time! X

Today I got top bring my daughter to her kindergarten. I am usually on my way to work and her dad brings her. Today was extra special because last night we made Irish Soda Bread together for International Day at school, so we brought that too. What a great morning for me!

My youngest son's 5th birthday is tomorrow and today we are having his birthday party with all of his little friends from school. I stayed up late to ice his Disney Wall-E cake last night and it turned out great! He hasn't seen it yet and I can't wait to see his reaction to it! So happy for him:)

Today is good, I just finished last night a blurb book about a trip my mom and I took last year. That's been hanging over me since then, and I just got it done!
My dreams last night were about misspells after I had already sent it to print.... but when I awoke this morning, I was so thankful it was just a dream!

It is a rainy fall break day and we're going to take our son to the library for the morning. Does it get any better than that? =)

ooooh, I will have to locate those stamps! The BEST thing about my day today is what makes it crazy - early out at the elementary. Drop preschooler off, 45 minutes later pick up the 2nd grader, 75 minutes later pick up the middle schooler, 30 minutes later pick up the preschooler. But I get to spend a little one-on-one with the 2nd grader, walking through the leaves & neighborhood picking up leaves, and we will all be home earlier than usual, so we can have more playtime before the girls choir & bell choir starts, instead of the usual rush.

Oh it just morning and it already so good! My daughter was so happy that its raining and she got to wear rain boots and use her Sponge Bob umbrella. Her joy brings a smile to my face! Also slept great last night and remembered to set coffee maker before bed. So good.

I was completely exhausted this morning and usually have no hope of a nap with my toddler underfoot in the mornings. But today she magically decided that she wanted to "snuggle with Mommy" on the couch and we both took a nap. God Bless the small things!!

A good thing that happened today... no 2-year old fits while trying to load in the car to go to daycare. AND Hot cofee + cool morning.
