Wednesday Sponsor Giveaways: Get It Scrapped, Lettergirl, and Scarlet Lime

AJ102Promo

One person will receive an online class spot in Art Journaling 101 and another person will get a spot in Art Journaling 102 with Dina at Get It Scrapped.

Are there are times when photos and journaling on a traditional scrapbook page don’t convey all you’d like? Scrapbooker, mixed-media collage artist, and visual journaler Dina Wakley uses a line-upon-line approach in her online classes at Get It Scrapped! to teach even those who think they’re not artistic the craft of making Art Journal pages. Classes include downloadable pdf and video lessons.

In Art Journaling 102 Dina teaches you how to “amp” up your images, layers, and textures. Art Journaling 101 covers the basics of art and journaling techniques and includes a bonus Spray Ink tutorial.

Those products look absolutely scrumptious! Yummy!
What makes me happy right now is the opening of a scrapbooking store here in our small city! Seriously it's making me giddy - AND it's a NICE one with the latest product! YES! We haven't had one here at all, so I've had to order things to get anything I wanted! Yep - happy!

I went back to school this semester for the first time in 12 years. I'm finding it hard to juggle everything. What makes me happy is coming home and having my wonderful boyfriend ready with a hug and to help me in any way he can.
A very close second is my two new nephews. Waylon Daniel was born on 2/11 and Riley Peter was born 2/16.

I am happy that I am finally working out 5 days a week. I make time for everyone but myself most of the time. I have 5 lbs of baby weight left to lose and then I start on losing my own weight. My daughter Grace will be one on 3/20 and it is my goal to be at my prepregnancy weight by her 1st birthday. I have lost 7 lbs since New Years and if I stay on track I should be at my goal weight by the end of the summer. It's been hard to take the time but I talked with my husband and he has agreed to take complete ownership of the kids for the 30-45 minutes I need when we first get home. I really would love to do the morning but I work fulltime and I already get up at 5 am and just can't get up any earlier so it's after work that has to be the time for the work out. So far so good. I am happy that I am on track to meet my first goal. I am happy that I found myfooddiary.com which is what has helped me in the past after my first daughter and which is why I was 13 lbs lighter when I started my 2nd pregnancy. I am happy to finally be taking care of myself almost as well as I take care of those I care about.
I'm also happy to see the adorable pictures of your family, thanks for sharing. Anna is beautiful!!!!!!!

After having a semi-sick little guy for the past 4 days and not getting much sleep, I'm happy that I finally figured out why my coffee maker was dripping and fixed it this morning with a spring stolen from a pen. It really doesn't take much these days!

My 3 year-old son started preschool last month and is really enjoying it. He looks forward to it every time he goes, he hasn't cried or refused to go once, in fact I struggle to get him to come home when I pick him up. The fact that he is so happy at preschool, that makes me happy...

I was tired and about to start making dinner the other night, when my 12 year old son made a comment that made me happy.
"Mom, you're a good mom. You make dinner every night. We'll just have left overs tonight and you don't have to cook."

Someone I love very much has schizophrenia. I was just thinking how happy I am that he is doing well when he surprised me with a good morning cup of coffee.
