I loved art class! The teacher was amazing (she taught my photgraphy classes also) and it was always so much fun--sometimes when I had a free period I would just go hang out in the art room!

I loved the first day. Brand new uniform, shinny shoes and a school bag filled with new exercise books all covered in brown paper and a little picture on the front.
I loved the last day. Faded, out grown uniform, tired scuffed shoes, text books with curled up corners and a school bag that smelt of a year of lunches. Oh.....they were the good days.

I love looking at all the new supplies, and the way the teachers of today really make learning fun with there danceing to multiples and singing the adverbs.

Books! I loved to read from the start and the best part for me was getting to read a new story.

Looks like a great set, I started working on my son's school album this summer! I loved my kindergarten teachers guitar playing, she taught me songs I still sing to my own classroom today! Thanks Mrs. Morehouse!! :)

My favorite time was getting ready for school. New clothes, new supplies. I love walking down the isles of the stores still during back to school season, just to see all the new cool folders and pens.

I loved my picture taken by mom on the first day of school too. :) I look forward with my lil ones on their first day.

The first thing that comes to mind is the school supplies and I also realize this is what most scrapbookers are thinking too. Who doesn't love the supplies? When I became a teacher for a short time I also really loved the look of a child learning something new. It was amazing to see the knowledge in their eyes. The smell of caferteria food, dirty socks in the gym, the happy screams in the playground, and especially those extra special days when you get to go on a field trip. School is awesome!

I loved the library. I would spend as much time as possible there, and the librarian would recommend books based on my preferences. "A girl as the main character" was the most important. :)

I loved school. I love to learn. I guess that's why I became a high school teacher and enjoy my job. Despite what people may think, teenagers are great and a lot of fun to be around.

I love saying the pledge every morning. There is just something about standing up with my class full of students, and we all look at the flag out on the baseball field, and say the pledge together. I get teary eyed, even.
This is homecoming week at our school, and the senior class has elected a girl with Down's Syndrome for the court. If you could see the way this has changed her life- it is wonderful, and right now , it is my second favorite thing about school. It might be first, really.

I loved school for so many reasons: new supplies, time with friends, football games, pasta parties before track meets, you name it, I probably liked it. I enjoyed learning and being challenged by my classes too. School was pretty good to me. Thanks for the chance to win.

I loved shopping for school supplies... and I still do. My boys are in middle and high school, so there are no more crayons and markers but binders and dividers instead. Getting them ready for their first day of school is one of my favorite things and brings back lots of fond memories of my childhood.
