This giveaway is fantastic... and very funny too. When i went school (many years ago) I liked very much collect printed envelopes and letter paper... I exchanged with my friends and we had a good time talking about our collections. Now I don´t know where my collection is... May be that disapear or my mum throw away... I will ask her... Good luck for everybody!

Growing up I loved everything about school! Looking back now I may not have put 100% into my school work but I put 110% into socializing at school! From kindergarten to high school graduation the teachers always commented on my social skills. It was a nice way of saying "I talked to much"

I loved going school shopping for new supplies at the stationary store: paper, notebooks, pens and pencils, dividers... anything scrapbook - I mean school related.

I always loved our "school clothes" shopping trips every fall! The excitement of seeing what was new in the stores, and deciding what to wear for that all-important first day of school are still fresh in my mind. We had no local sources of clothing, so it was an adventure of "going to town" as well.
My favorite memories from fifth through 12th grade revolve around my deep involvement with all the different band opportunites, ever-increasing my experiences as a musician. These extended beyond the band room, to include Gospel groups which played at various churches and senior care facilities. Those seemed to be the most appreciated performances.
Now I am reliving some of that excitement with our 6 year old son, this time being the one looking from the outside-in! I think about what he may be feeling (concern as he was younger and learning to be away from home) and now the excitement of seeing his friends and making new ones as well!

I loved the new clothes...sometimes it would be much to warm to wear the sweaters, scarves, wool skirts, etc. that we purchased for the new school year...but we wore them anyways...anything for fashion :)

I loved fall and going back to school each year. I loved the supplies. I loved my new schedule and figuring out where everything was and peeking around the room to see who was in my classes.

I love everything about school but I think my favorite might be school supplies!! When the school supplies are put out at the local stores in July, I begin scouting them out and seeing what's "new" for this year. I love the way they look, the way the smell (HA), and the way they are arranged in the store! What's not to love about new school supplies???? That's probably why I became a teacher!

My favorite memories were being in band. I had so many friends and there were so many practices we spent a lot of our high school years in the band hall. I remember being coerced to lay down in case for a tuba, and the lid being closed. Yes, I fit inside. :) My closest friends all these many years later were in band.
