INSPIRING AS EVER! Thank you for adding your words. If by chance I missed your word or you posted it later in the day yesterday feel free to leave it in the comments here and I'll add it to this list.
There's still time to join the One Little Word class at Big Picture. Actually, registration will be open throughout the year for anyone who wants to join in 2011.
The word cloud above was created using Wordle.
I smiled to see my word RELEASE on this list. I forgot to add it to the original post list, but I now I feel like I have a kindred spirit(s) in the person who also chose this word. Maybe we can send any other some subconscious support from time to time? :)
mine too! I need to release a lot of things, but also some negative attitudes, old resentments, bad memories, and outdated routines. This year it's not about resolutions, it's about resolve!
happy to, Sharon. That's my word as well. : )

Wow, Look at all those wonderful words!! Mine is Emerge which I forgot to post on the original post but no worries. So fun to be part of this I am so looking forward to a year with this word as my focus and the one little word community online and at BPC.

All these wonderful words. I am still torn between two words - Change and Hope. Hope keeps coming up but so does Change. I feel this is a year of change but I'm hopeful about a number of things, so it's a toss up. How do I decide?
I vote for just starting the year off with two words if they both really seem to be speaking to you. Throughout the year one might speak louder than the other...there's no rules with this...only possibility :).
Thanks Ali!

Hi Ali,
My word is FIND. (And, I read a post yesterday from someone using SEEK - which kind of goes along with FIND!)
Thanks!

After a very difficult year...the only word that came to mind is "breathe". So that will be my word...I want to take time to breathe and enjoy this journey called life.

So cool! I am just loving the "lift" this class is giving me; totally stumbled upon it January 1st and immediately knew my word was REALIZE. So impressed with how you've organized the class, as I can see HOW MUCH WORK had to go into preparing all of those materials - well done!
Lisa: Awesome! You're welcome!
Your word just totally inspired me Stacey, thank you!!

Am I the only one who changed her word every day since the 1st of january?? I would love to have 3-4 words, but I know that by sticking to just one, I'll have more chances to make it work. :)
My word is now: Take care
Take care of my kids, my spouse, myself, my house...
And I plan to make it stay so until the end of the year!

You missed mine, it's ACCOMPLISH.
I've known what I want my word to represent. I want it to help remind me to excerise and eat healthy, to keep up with my bookwork (we own our own business and I work from home), to stay on top of keeping the house organized and clean. Stop procrastinating and do things.
I thought of do, but that sounds bossy and negative as in do this, do this, do that. I saw the word become as in become the women, wife, mother Im meant to be but that sounds quite big and daunting.
So I finally decided on ACCOMPLISH. I know that everday I by doing small things I can ACCOMPLISH my goals and become who I want to be. At the end of the day I can think of all the small things I can ACCOMPLISH everday and feel happy at the end of each day.
Great word Tracy! Still trying to pin mine down. :)
