I'd love to learn more about which font types work well together, and how to place words on a layout so that they look aesthetically pleasing. Thanks for the chance to win! And for bringing back the giveaways...I was just thinking the other day that I missed them.

To be honest, I rarely use my computer to write stories because I really like my handwriting and feel it's very important to leave my "mark" in this way as well. However, using the computer more to write really long stories might be easier. :) So, I'd be interested in learning more about choosing the right fonts for that reason. :) Thank you for the chance!

I love type! Especially for large titles and quotes, but I fall back on the same fonts, mostly defaults on my computer. I'd love to learn new fonts/how to work with them (I love using them with my Slihouette). Plus I want to challenge myself to explore using type more in layouts: longer journaling, text directly on photos etc.

Thanks Ali for the opportunity to win a seat in your class! I would love to learn how to better tell my stories and not just the superficial but the ones with meaning. I want to learn how you make my writing shine with the use of different fonts and all the other wonderful things I'm sure I could learn in your class. I want my words to shine along with my pictures!

I'd love to get a better understanding on how to mix fonts. I hear so often terms like San serif and others, and I have no clue what that means, but I also hear how effective certain styles are in achieving various effects. Knowing how to balance and mix them would be so helpful!

Unlike most, I actually love my handwriting but as soon as I try do anything even remotely "fancy" I no longer love it. I'd love to learn some tricks to help me include fancier lettering in my projects.

I've had a love for 'typography' since I was a little girl even buying books on how to write in different forms of text...before we could just find a font online & print it on paper. It's a beautiful art form. This class will hopefully get me to open up & journal more about the stories in my life while including a great design. I always have so many stories floating in my head but never can put it down on paper. I'd like to change that. =)

I love capturing the memories of my family as every moment is precious and this has become more apparent over the last year. To do this more effectively I want to tell my/our story more in depth and with taking this class I would be able to improve on this part of my memory keeping. I've learned from you Ali that its important to document the good and the not so good times as that is what makes us who we are and that's reality. Personally, starting Project Life and following you on your blog over the last year has become my 'therapy' so I want to document all of these times more creatively.

I would love to learn how to incorporate more type/journaling into my Project Life spreads - at the moment, mine looks more like a photo book ;) Which works, too, but I'd like to add more journaling aspects to it (preferably in a way that doesn't involve much computer work, as I don't have immediate access to a printer). And any help to get my handwriting more 'pretty' and 'fancy' would be great, too :)

I think this class would help me make traditional scrapbooks layout cause now I only do Project Life, I tried to make LO before but I have no idea how to make good titles and what sort of words or phrases that makes up a title. I can never understand how one can choose a particular picture or event to use in a particular LO. I think this type class would help me and give me a better understanding about these things.

I love the idea of bringing all the different 'type' we have to hand together, the alphabets, stamps, printing and of course handwriting. I've found since taking the story kit/stamp class I have longer stories to tell. I'm keen to learn how to record a long story, whilst keeping the focus on the photos and the overall layout pleasing to the eye.
Thanks for the chance to enter the giveaway :)

I'd like to learn more about possibilities to use differnet types of type (i have to admit I have so many wonderfuls stamps and alphabets they are unused). I struggel in using type directly on photos and I hope (nop, I know) that this workshop will give me some wonderful new ideas for using type on my projects. Thanks for the chance to win a seat in this class!

I'd like to learn how to go about using different fonts on the same page. Your layouts look modern and clean and the type size and placement doesn't overpower the photos. It's a skill you have that I'd like to learn. Thanks for the chance and have a Happy Easter.
