Welcome to the preview post for our Week In The Life™ 2022 Collection.
These products will be available on Monday, March 28th at noon Eastern/9am Pacific.
DOCUMENTING DATES
This year Ali will be documenting her week beginning Monday, June 20th, 2022. We are planning a little farther out this year in the hope that members of our community who live internationally will be able to receive their supplies prior to the documenting week.

FREE domestic shipping ($20 International flat rate) on Week in the Life™ category orders of $75+ using the code WITL2022SHIP. Shipping offer valid through 11:59pm EST on 4/1/22. PLEASE NOTE that we are waiting for one additional product to arrive for the Main Kit (currently in US customs) as well as the Large Stitched Heart Pockets. We anticipate those both arriving within the next two weeks. Orders that include these items will ship in mid-April.

Something new this year is a Week In The Life™ journal. Our team is super excited with how this turned out and anticipate a variety of ways it can be used. Some people might use it for note-taking/story collection during the documenting week and others may use it for their entire project this year. I love that it brings additional options for people to tell their stories.
This is the same size as the One Little Word® Journal (6.25 x 8.5 approx).
There are also two blank spreads in between each day.

i don’t believe it’s either - it’s more chipboard like other albums in other collections.

Beautiful! I’m wondering if the journal would fit inside the Kraft envelope from main or mini kit? Like a storage envelope for the journal.

I love the colors! But will there be other 6x8 albums available in the witl box? I picked the yellow linen album last year, and think it would bug me to have another yellow next to it on the shelf…😅I don’t have space for the bigger one. 🤷🏻♀️
Yes, I also thought "oh, another yellow" It's been yellow for two weeks already and now a third. I would prefer another colour.
Same here. I'm considering using the OLW album instead. I truly love yellow but three consecutive yellow albums I'd rather have another color.
I agree; I don’t like yellow much to start with, and then last year it was an odd faded custard yellow and this one is uber bright and almost garish. I’m probably going to also go with the OLW album or use a griege one to match the others I have on my shelf. I like a colorful interior with fonts and chipboard, but when it sits on the shelf I don’t want it to be a sore thumb.
The OWL album was a good option! Picks up the stripes from my first witl in 2017. 🥰

Love everything! I’m super excited to jump into this project! I was initially intimidated by the larger album for DD, but I can’t wait to play with the new to me size for WITL! Thrilled that I can print full page pictures with my regular printer.

Just a practical thought that would be helpful. As I am not familiar with the time zones in the US and every time a release comes out I take ages trying to work it out and makes sure I have the right time in my phone. I am wondering if on the post you might be able to put the time for some of the major countries/cities alongside e.g London, Melbourne?

Hi! There is an app called Time Buddy that I find really helpful (I live in Europe).
Hi! We've standardized our release times so you can expect them to be at the 12pm Eastern/9am Pacific time. Pacific Time would be Los Angeles.
It’s super easy to just use google! Just search "12pm est to amsterdam" or whatever capital city you want. 😊

I really like the look of the journal. I love doing WITL and regularly use Ali's templates from years ago to record each day, but I rarely (i.e., never) make it past the documenting stage to the putting-it-all-together stage. With a bound journal my documenting becomes my album and I can print and add some photos without so much pressure. It also takes up less half space and will be easier to keep track of during get week than a bunch of loose papers :)

Will there always be an inside cover in albums? It has stopped me from buying some DD albums that I otherwise loved. Now it's these I'll miss out on. I mean I like the yellow album, but these yellow flowers do nothing for me. Plus, they'd clash with my pages as I don't intend to use the kit. And same with the other album, I'd rather not have hearts. Do you think you could include one blank or neutral pattern in each release please?
She had more albums in her shop outside the witl-category, I ended up buying one of those. 😊
I'm international, so buying outside of the release isn't an option, unfortunately. Shipping fees are much too high.
I’m international too (Norway), but I only wanted an album + main kit, and that was less than the flat rate for me. It’s worth checking out!

I was not going to do Week in the Life this year, BUT lol I’ve never used a journal yet and would love to try!!! So I think it could totally work out for me not having to “complete an album”. Great products as always, Ali! I’m also happy about the change of date! I’ll be on summer break. 😎 Super excited to document this year!!

Personally, I love the yellow. Bring on all the yellow, again and again. And the daisies make me so darn happy. I think you always have plenty of basic albums in the shop and these special releases are times when we get something different and unique. And because I live in the US and it will be summer when I'm documenting, yellow and flowers will align with so many of the stories I'm sure I'll be telling (sunshine, plants/flowers, pool/water, being outside, summer food/drinks). And love the journal as well - I use my OLW journal all the time. Thank you for including so many "story directed" items recently, they make it so easy to get stories told and actually finish projects. Yay!

So many 6x8 album options from other places (scrapbook.com, Studio Calico, Ali's own shop!) that it is hard to get upset about yellow when the entire collection is so beautiful and maybe most importantly, inspiring us to practice gratitude for the good things in our everyday lives.
What I REALLY came on to say is, the WITL journal... SO AWESOME.... I might use it for a weeklong vacation coming up. <3

Any chance some version of the journal might show up in the next travel collection? I take lots of notes when I travel and this would be fun to take along and give places for lots of details (I’d add a daily paper clip for ephemera). Lots of potential!
