Go Vote. Today is a very big day here in the US. As many of you know, politics/government is a pretty big daily part of
life in my house. My husband, Chris, is unopposed in his seat in the Oregon
Legislature this time around which has made for quite a different
season than a couple years back when things were so very crazy right up until the last minute.
No matter who you are supporting this is your chance to have your voice heard.
I will be celebrating my 33rd birthday today as we watch and wait just a little bit longer.

Happy Birthday Ali...today is my daughters birthday too....
She is turning 18 and is so excited to vote in her first presidental election on her 18th birthday. the local newspaper is even doing an article on her....how did I plan this so well 18 years ago...

These projects are amazing, aren't they?? Thank you for making this project ahd the December Journal accessable to the masses -- I have admired your artsy style for a long time and never quite knew how to acheive the look and feel I wanted. These twor projects have stirred my creativity in a way that I see to look at my hobby in a new way and I love it. Thank you so much -- oh, and btw -- HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

And what a special day to celebrate your birthday... we're watching the elections very closely here in the Netherlands! We even have a special election night hosted a the University campus, were my husband will be speaking tonight! Exiting times, even for non-Americans!
