Flowers, preferably one that can be planted in my yard. But I love flowers so I'm happy either way!

I think I'm too late?? Not sure? My fave thing to get for Mother's Day are the videos my husband makes me of the kids! They are precious & love, love, LOVE rewatching them as the years go on! :)

anything my son draws. He knows how much I cherish anything he makes, far above anything that could be bought in a store.

My favorite thing to give my mother for Mother's Day is something to spoil her: a gift certificate, a set from Bath & Body works, treat her to lunch etc. My mother rarely does things for herself and I love to make her feel loved and appreciated. My favorite thing to receive for Mother's Day is anything handmade by my two kiddos. I love that my kindergartener is learner to spell and she spells everything the way it sounds. It makes for some very sweet cards. Anything they make for me tells me that they love me.

I have the most amazing mom ever. And when I was younger, there was always some handmade project I was taught so I could give something to my mom on this special occasion. She does so much for me and I can never express through words how amazing she is and I am so lucky to be her daughter. I always love making her homemade projects. And now that I sew, my gifts have gone up on the suck to rock scale. I plan on making her a do not forget door hanger pocket.

My wee dot is only 13 months so just enjoying her emerging personality will be gift enough for me. She is talking up a storm and comes out with the funniest things!

I love to give homemade gifts away. Last week was Para Appreciation Day at school, so I gave each para a real pear with an "a" sticker on it (from my scrapbooking stash). They thought it was clever. Simply and inexpensive gifts are the best way to say, "I am thinking of you" and not making the recipient feel guilty about giving one back in return.

My favorite thing to receive for Mother's Day is simply time with my children. One is in college and one is in high school. They are super busy living out their dreams, which thrills me to my soul. But I miss those "Mommy" moments. When Mother's Day rolls around, they slow down for a few hours and it's all about reconnecting.

My favorite gift was one of those garden stepping stones kits which the kids made with their dad, and even left an impression of their small handprints...priceless!
