    Good morning!
My favourite thing is the fact that I think Memory Keeping has made me more aware of things in the present -- noticing the little things my kids do.
    Thanks,
    Jane

My favorite thing right now, is the anticipation my four year old has while I fill his album with pages! Having two older siblings, his albums have been a little delayed!

What a great giveaway! What I love about memory keeping is it's ability to freeze the every day life that we live now to look back on later. My oldest daughter is 7 and just to look back through her early days amazes me at how different everything is just 7 years later. It's an extremely fast-paced world we live in, and I think that scrapbooking helps to slow us down and really pay attention to details!

One week after apologizing to my husband for having SO many boxes of "scrap stuff" to move ... I'm loving the fact that he GETS it. He loves the albums I make and while being a guy and complaining about "stuff" he stopped and told me that I had no reason to feel bad - that what I do is create beautiful things and tell our story - and that he loved it. That just reaffirmed my belief in keeping the story alive. I may have oodles of pages to still complete, but somewhere, the pictures and journaling are just waiting to be put together! :)

Hi Ali. My most favorite thing right now is taking pictures of people when they think no one is watching. I recently scanned over 700 pictures for my Grandmother's 95th birthday celebration and the photos I loved the most were the ones that captured people together in the moment. Just being themselves. So that is how I try to look through the lens.
I hope your Monday is going well.

Wow...well my favorite part about recording my families story is how much fun it is ^----^ But more importantly...I'm anticipating the days when they will be able to look through the albums and journals and learn about the past that is so easily forgotten with the passage of time. I never had that. I really can't put into words how important it is that I do this for them....

My favorite thing right now is recording special memories into minibooks! I document special events or trips with friends and then give them the books as a thank you gifts. I also love to document special family time or just lots of pictures with similar themes from different time periods. I must look at these books everyday and smile at the memories thay create!

    Hi Ali,
my favorite thing at the moment is LO or minibooks that show my boys (twins) growing over the years. They are 11 now and so it's nice to show how they've grown. Hope I have time soon to start on it :-).

My favourite thing about memory keeping is simple... it helps me hold onto little moments, to document them, to savour them and to be able to go back to them. Days fly by and before you know it you are onto something new... it's so good to have a photo and a few words to capture simple, precious pockets of time.

Those look awesome for our upcoming trip to Arizona at the end of August!!
My favorite thing about memory keeping is telling the story in a brief, yet inspiring way. Whether it be a paper scrapbook from high school, a photo album that I've managed to get photos into, or my latest passion, digital scrapbooking, I love flipping through the pages later to relive the memories.

    Right Now:
"My Freedom" online course from Shimelle. I love it. It is taking me in a whole new direction with my journalling and the way I tell a story. I was in a real slump, not wanting to do much and this has really got me thinking. I highly recommend anything from Shimelle!

Photos. I really enjoy being able to see all the looks my son gives as he grows up. He's very expressive and his looks only last a few days before he starts with a new one. I love that most of our favorite "looks" have been documented.

My favorite thing about memory keeping right now is changes....we just moved, new house, new state, lots of changes. I enjoy recording my children's reactions to these life altering events.
