what is inspiring me lately is my word for the year...ACCEPT. i am truly focusing on this, and i'm amazed at the change in my attitude! the last two years have been so difficult...you can't even imagine...and i chose the word with the hopes that i would take to heart the fact that i cannot change the things that are thrown at me, but i CAN change the way i react to them. i now ACCEPT things, pray about them, and hand them over to God. that's what's inspiring me.

My kids are surprisingly enough inspiring to me recently. They are accomplishing so much in their young lives. Sometimes I can't believe they are mine (I am not so motivated)

I am inspired by Stacy's Library of Memories class and the fact that I just received 600 printed photos. Just browsing through them I can see right before my eyes the beautiful scrapbook pages I will create.

Lately I've been inspired by slowing down and not caring for the # I get done ( I have 21 month old twins which I've not scrapped a month of their life yet, let alone the rest of my pregnancy album) but that's OK. I'm inspired by quality and not qauntity lately. Allow myself to enjoy and create.

the project 365 that is all over the place inspires me to document my days with pictures.

My biggest inspiration right now is my fiance, Trevor. As an airline pilot, he gets very little appreciation for what he does. Despite the long hours, the nights snowed in at hotels far from home, and the grumpy passengers, he still gets up and does this job day after day because he LOVES it.
The reason I find this so inspiring is because a) he reminds me why I became a teacher --because I love it, and b) that if I stop loving my job, I need to start doing something different that I will love.

I am being inspired by the lives and narratives of my friends--near and far-- through their blogs. It is such an intimate look into their hearts and experiences. These "windows" into their worlds are inspiring me to live more freely, judge less, and love more unconditionally.

My drive to get things done is inspiring me right now. This is my final semester, and I am working on my portfolio to get an associates in commercial art.

My recent inspriation has come from Emily Falconridge's 52 questions series...pushing me to journal about things that are out of my comfort zone and getting me to think about layouts that I would not have previously considered. My inspriation also usually comes from CK and your column!

Last night I came home to my youngest son's latest Webkinz accessory creations. He had also drawn and cut out felt animals for me as well. He totally got me into the creative mindset!

Lately I'm being inspired by watching people just do small, polite, kind things for each other. In this day and age, until things start looking up again, we just need to be a lot more kind, understanding of and gentle with each other. When I see people who "get" that, I am inspired as if someone has changed my view from that of black & white to color.
It's heartwarming and it's just plain necessary these days if we're all going to get through this together.

I have been inspired by sketches and challenges lately for layout designs. However, my family is always inspiring, whether it is for scrapbooking or just daily living.

Martha Stewart has been inspiring me! I TiVo her show and watch as I'm folding laundry or doing other chores... She always has an interesting craft or recipe to try out.

Lately what has been inspiring me are my children. They are so resilient, and so cheerful. I love how excited they are about life and the day ahead.

The Container Store has totally inspired me! Just one trip into the store with all the spring colors and cool things to organize every room in the house has completely got my mojo going. I have filled the house with Spring flowers, found some hidden treasures in my scrabook room, and found the energy to play around in PSE! I love spring shopping!!

I have been inspired by a friend's color scheme for her wedding - she loves the colors from peacock feathers. I'm designing her bridal shower tea party invites and have had so much fun mixing the peacock colors with some fucshia and copper details. Such a pretty way to bring in Spring!

My biggest inspiration right now is my 6 year old daughter, Anna. She is learning to read, write and spell and does so with such interest. It is nice to see someone be so EXCITED by the benefits of learning something new. Now that I am inspired by her, what can I learn to do?

My daughter has been inspiring me. After 3 boys, I had a girl and her clothes and the colors are just so cute!!!
