Sponsor Giveaway | Mary Ann Moss

GIVEAWAY | Three people will receive spots in Mary Ann Moss's online class Remains Of The Day.

Remains Of The Day is the antidote for all of those paper scraps that keep multiplying in your favorite scrap box and clogging up your artistic super highway. In this process AND project oriented class we’ll be constructing a shabby but sturdy journal (like this one) using all of that paper you’ve been hoarding. Ordinary life never looked better than seen through the pages of this stitched up journal of scraps.

I've been using vinegar as a natural cleaner and I like it a lot. I use it to soak rags, clean my fridge, clean floors and anything else I feel like using it for. It's great when you have kids and pets. Thanks always for the inspiration and sharing information.

Here in Florida spring is when I prepare to 'hibernate' with the AC until fall. October is when I open everything up and let fresh air in and am inspired to deep clean.

When cleaning a room have 3 piles/boxes - (i) for keeping (ii) for charity and (iii) for trash. It's amazing how only 3 decisions makes it easier to get the job done.

Spring cleaning means moving furniture around, new layouts in rooms, vacuuming all the corners and places that don't get cleaned.
Thanks for the giveaway - looks fun.

Spring means cleaning out all those drawers which the sweaters took over for awhile...just put them in a space bag and they are out of the way until next year!

Involve the whole family and break it down into a time frame rather than jobs. In my house it's usually an hour. Have loved watching Mary Ann's Paris entries. Such a different way of seeing and documenting Paris.

Well my cleaning habits aren't usually up to much so mine would be find a great cleaning lady and pay them to do it for you... bad I know...

but if the cleaning had something to do with my computer then well thats a different story... its most always sorted and organised... sorting out photos and creating pages for our recent family trip to France right now... and trying to figure out what the heck to do with all the assorted bits and bobs we collected along the way... this would be an ideal solution...

Cleaning and organizing is always challenging for me. I always just do one little drawer or stack at a time, to keep it focused and easy. Before you know it, you've gone through all the little areas and put things in place!

Tip- Good music and baking soda. Also, I turn all the clothes I hang up around so the hanger is backward on the rod. 3 months later if there are item hanging the right way I know they haven't been worn in 3 months and send the item to goodwill.

Spring cleaning, just do it! It's easy to spend weeks thinking about it and suddenly it's summer and you've missed your chance. Do a room NOW...

Spring cleaning to me is getting rid of unwanted/unused items and decluttering my house and my life. Winning the opportunity to participate in this class will most definitely help with the taming of my scrap clutter! Thank you!

WOW.. Doesn't Everyone have one of these Boxes of "STUFF" I think mine is about 30 years old and in a suitcase that's about 130 years old. I have always been going to put all these things into something but have not yet worked out what. This class sounds like just the start I'm looking for. As for Spring Cleaning, The first thing I do is usually wash all the curtains (Not the Drapes) and all the Windows it's beautiful to have clean Windows and curtains to see and Smell the New Season coming. That's My TIP...
    Kind Regards,
    Bev. Leeson....

I pretend I have to move somewhere far and can only keep what I really use and need. If it's not something worth the trouble of packing it goes!

I don't have a tip because I hate cleaning! I love organizing though. Spring definitely gets me in the mood. I painted the basement floor and reorganized the basement junk.

My tip is to tackle something each day, so when spring comes all I have to do is open the windows for fresh air - this gives me more time to do the things that I want to do!

Looks like a great book! my fav spring cleaning is cleaning the windows/treatments. Looking outside to see the new season is so refreshing! Washing away all the stuff from winter also helps clear my mind.
