I find that my scrapbook projects often reveal my true self and the authenticity of others as the ideas and resulting projects come from my soul through my heart. I would love to learn & live in each moment in the coming year such that my authenticity and vibrance is illuminated in all that I do and say.
I enjoy your blog a great deal and am currently working on the 'Family Gratitude' project. The 'Life Well Crafted' series looks wonderful. It would be a special treat participate.
with gratitude for your gift of sharing,
    -Cindy

I want to learn to discipline myself better so I have time to do the things I really want instead of just the easy things. I want to scrapbook more and play solitaire less!

I would love to learn how to do digital scrapping. I am working on getting more writing done and think it would be fun to combine the two.

I want to better understand how to use all the manual settings on my camera. I'm tired of shooting in Auto all the time. :)

I'd really love to learn to knit in 2009. Seems like it would be very calming, all I feel so far is anxiety because I don't get it yet. Another thing I'd love to learn, and haven't told anyone, is to run. To get in shape, and escape.

Oh so many things I want to learn. Learning how to use PSE and do some hybrid scrapping is at the top of my list for 2009. I also want to learn to quilt and am interested in learning how to paint. I also want to learn how to organize my photos better!
P.S. I'm enjoying doing the December Daily, thanks for the inspiration! Now everyone I work with wants to jump on the bandwagon too! It's a great way to look at the positives of the holiday season! :)

There are many things I want to learn:
*I would like to learn Microsoft Word & Excel ... I think that would help in my job search.
*In terms of scrapping I would like to learn how to put all the photos I take to shutterfly right away.
*Learn to be more patient and easy-going.
just a few. there are more things I would like to learn.

Over the next 12 months I would like to learn how to organize my scrapbook room...I would like it to be set up for ease of creating...Now it's a jumble and sometimes the cleaning/sorting takes precedence over creating. I also would like to learn how to hybrid scrap. I don't know too much about digital scrapping but would love to incorporate some elements into my books! Thanks for sharing!!

In the next year I would like to learn to speak more French. My 95 year old grandmother speaks very little English, and I would love to be able to speak more fluently with her. Plus, my ten year old daughter is in an intensive French program at school this year and she is learning so much so quickly, that she is an huge inspiration to me!

I was very inspired by your art piece...live simply. In the next 12 months, I would like to learn to live more simply. I have the basic necessities + some, and need to enjoy more of the little things around me. Thank you so much for your inspiration.

I would love to learn to digital scrapbook, so far I just look but have not attempted this "new fangled art form." I love to browse through scrapbook and paper stores and pick everything up but I am intrigued by what I see and resolve to try some digi pages!
Thanks Ali for all that you share!!

    Ali,
I don't know how you read through all these much less choose from them all!! There are some awesome ones. As my youngest of 4 turns 18 in 2009, the one thing I want to learn most is to cherish each rare moment I have with each one individually and them all collectively (as it can sometimes be a little hectic). It gets harder and harder to hold on to them as they leave my safe nest.

I have been dabbling around the edges of digital or hybrid scrapbooking but have not taken the plunge. I need someone to hold my hand and show me how to use Adobe Photoshop Elements. Would love to take a class in that. I spend so much of my life in front of a computer that I am not sure I want to do the steep learning curve that it feels like to do this. thanks for all your time that you give to use showing us how to do scrapbooking. it is appreciated!

So many things I want to learn, but in the next 12 months I want to become really fluent in French. I speak a little, and I can understand it fairly well, but I want to find the confidence to really speak it.
Thanks for your always wonderful blog!
